How can I stop receiving marketing from William Hill?

William Hill marketing emails and texts are only sent to customers who have subscribed to the service. If you want to opt-out or change your preferences, you can:

How do I opt out of email/SMS/calls on the new sportsbook website?

1. Login and click on the balance icon at the top of the page:


2. Click on 'My Account':


3. Click on 'Personal Details':


4. Select the 'Marketing' tab (see below image). If you no longer want to receive marketing, just untick the options (call, email or SMS) individually or click on the slider to deselect them all. Your new preferences will automatically save.

1. Login and click on the balance icon at the top of the page:


2. Click on the 'Preferences' tab to find your 'Update account preferences' section.
3. If you no longer want to receive marketing, just untick the options (email, SMS or call) individually or click on the slider to deselect them all.
4. Click on 'Update marketing information' to save your changes:
