The Bonus Drop is William Hill's version of 2P machines, seen in arcades in coastal towns across the country.
Put a coin in one of the slots to get a chance to win! Here's how you can play:

Q: I don't see an option to claim. I've receive the same prizes on consecutive days (within 24 hours). What should I do?
A: It means the previous day’s prize is still active.
You won't be able to claim the recent prize if there's wagering outstanding or if the previous days spins haven't been used, so make sure that you've used all previous bonus/spins before playing the Bonus Drop again.
Q: I've won a Vegas prize (Red Tiger supplier) but can't claim it. Although, I exited the game yesterday without hitting the ‘collect’ and ‘back to game’ buttons. What should I do?
A: You just need to go back to the game and click on ‘COLLECT’ or any pop-ups after receiving your winnings from the promo, and don’t simply close the Game.
Q: I’m using an iPhone with iOS14 but I can’t play the Bonus Drop?
A: Some iPhone iOS14 users are currently having issues accessing/participating in Bonus Drop.

How does the promotion work?
On any day that you take part in this promotion, you'll be presented with ‘The Bonus Drop’ game.
1. If you take part in the game, you'll receive one (1) free disc. You choose where to drop your disc, and it can land on 'Win', 'No-Win' or 'Retry' symbol.
2. If you land on a win symbol, you'll win one of the following prizes:
- Free spins to use on one or more specific slot games.
- A free bonus to use on one or more specific slot or table games.
- A cash prize which will be added to your main balance.
4. You must not share any prize you receive with any other person.
5. If you want to use a free spin or free bonus on one (1) of the specified games, you'll need to follow the instructions you'll be given when you win that prize. You don't have to take part in a bonus promotion you qualify for.
How can you take part?
1. To take part in the promotion, you need to follow the link to it on our website or on the relevant advert for this promotion.
2. Each bonus promotion will have separate terms and conditions.

General Restrictions
1. We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to break these terms and conditions. These unfair types of play include the following:

2. If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair, we may cancel any bonuses or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus you have received as part of any promotion we've cancelled, and either:
- void any bets funded by a bonus (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or
- remove any winnings relating to any bonus.
General Conditions
1. Regardless of anything else set out in these terms and conditions, you can withdraw funds from your main balance at any time, except where we must withhold the funds to meet our legal or regulatory obligations.
2. You cannot take part in this promotion if we've previously banned you from taking part in promotions, or from betting or playing any games on our website.
3. We can withhold or refuse to pay any winnings from a bonus if funds paid into your main balance (including any amounts you have already used) are cancelled or denied by any payment service (for example, your card provider).
4. We can change or cancel this promotion or change these terms and conditions:
- Without giving you notice, if the change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or regulation; or
- By giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for example, if there's a fault in the software or systems we use to provide this promotion, or we identify a mistake in these terms and conditions).
- NOTE: We can also award an equivalent bonus to the one referred to in this promotion.
5. We won't be responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures, or any unavailable or lost network conditions which may result in incorrect information being displayed, or affect your ability to enter or take part in the promotion. If there's any dispute over your eligibility for the promotion, our decision will be final.
