A: From the 8th of July 2022, residents in Venezuela won't be able to participate in our offerings and services.
Q: What will happen to my balance? / How can I withdraw my balance?
A: Your balance is safe with us.
Until the 22nd of July 2022, you'll still be able to login to your account, which will allow you to withdraw your funds.
After the 22nd of July 2022, your login details will no longer work.
You'll need to contact our Customer Service Team in order to withdraw any remaining balance.
REMEMBER: When requesting your withdrawal, please ensure this is back to the payment method you made your last deposit with.
Q: What will happen to my open bets?
A: If you have any open bets, these will be settled as normal up until the 8th of July 2022.
Any bets that are due to be settled after the 8th of July 2022 will be voided and refunded to your account.
