Having problems?  A few things you can check...

You may consider checking that your Windows Media Player is up to date by visiting the Windows Update site.

You may want to use Internet Explorer as your browser as it will be most compatible with Windows Media Player.

You can check your internet speed by visiting www.speedtest.net and check you have at least 2MBs download (2000KBs) You could try changing your internet security settings to "medium" or below.

If you see a bar at the top of the screen asking if you wish to allow active X plugins, click it and select "yes".

Turn off any other applications that use the internet (such as file sharing software).

Connect to your router/modem with a cable not wirelessly, as you may get interference from other devices.

We recommend that customers always view the test clip before clicking on a live stream as this will help to highlight any problems that may have arisen.
