We'll make your horse a non-runner when we feel there's been an injustice on your selection!
- This promotion is open to bets made via Mobile, Internet and Retail.
- Doesn't apply to the Grand National.
Online
- Offer will run from 00:01 on May 02 2019 until otherwise cancelled by us in accordance with these Promotion Terms.
- Selections will be made a non-runner in these circumstances:
- A horse refuses to race at the start.
- A horse remains in the stalls and refuses to race.
- Other occasions at our discretion where we believe there has been an injustice
(e.g. rider unseats at the start or jockey fails to weigh in)
- Available on all Live markets - with the exception of Matched Bets.
- Bets won't qualify for this promotion:
- Ante Post Markets / Future Races
- Tote Bet
- Pari Mutuel
- Unnamed Favourite or Unnamed 2nd Favourite markets
- If you Cashout your bet, you won't qualify to receive a refund.
- Bets will be settled as follows:
- Single bets will be refunded fully in cash.
- Selections in multiples will be marked as a non-runner, and follow our non-runner rules found here.
- Decisions are made at the discretion of William Hill Trading teams.
- Player/payment method/country restrictions apply.
Retail
- We’ll treat selections as a non-runner if you haven’t had a run for your money.
- Customers will receive their bet stake back in cash if:
- Your horse refuses to race whilst under orders.
- Your horse remains in the stalls after the off.
- Other occasions at our discretion where we believe there has been an injustice
(e.g. rider unseats at the start or jockey fails to weigh in)
- The above applies to both singles and multiples on UK and Irish Horse Racing – doesn't apply to Tote bets.
- In-shop screens will display details of Fair Play paybacks when they're issued.
