Your website - what's changing?
If you're using our Sportsbook, you might've noticed a few changes recently as we're gradually releasing our latest version. On our gaming products, you'll still see the old version for now.

As before, to access the account section just click on the balance icon at the top of the page:
This will open up the account dropdown:

What's changed?
These are the main changes:
- Your Safer Gambling tools can now be found under 'Safer Gambling', and they've been redesigned to be more user-friendly.
- Your first name is now displayed at the top. Click on 'Account Info' next to it and your Account ID and Last Login details will show.
- Your 'Main balance' and 'Bonuses' balance are now clearly shown at the top.
- You'll find both your 'Open Bets' and 48 hours of 'Settled Bets' under 'My Bets' - this gives you a handy overview of your betting activity.
- You'll find ‘My Account’ under ‘Account History’ - this is where you need to go to view your payment history (including net deposit information), and your full betting and gaming activity.
- You'll find ‘Free Bets/Bonuses’ under ‘Bonuses’ (top right-hand side) - this shows you all the free bets and bonus available to you.
- You'll find your ‘Preferences’ under ‘My Account’ - this is where you need to go to update your marketing preferences, change your password, or update your contact details or your timezone.
- ‘Balance Transfer’ will only be available on gaming and Poker going forward.
- ‘Messages’ has been removed for now, but is still available on our gaming sites.
- There's a new section called ‘Promotions’, which shows you your available promotions.
How do I logout?
The logout button can be found at the bottom of the account dropdown menu.
Our betslip has been redesigned. You can read all about it here, but here's an overview of the main changes:
- On desktop, you'll find the betslip in the bottom right corner. It's collapsed by default, but just click on a selection and it'll expand.
- On both mobile and desktop, the betslip will have two tabs - 'Quick Bet' and 'All Bets'.
- 'Quick Bet' lets you quickly place single selections or straight line multiples using all your selections.
- 'All Bets' lets you place singles on multiple selections, or place more complex multis.
- Using your free bets is now easier, and you'll be able to split your free bet on an each way bet.
- New 'last bet' feature - remembers the value of your last bet.
- New 'live alerts' feature - slide the slider on your bet placed receipt to get real-time updates of how your bet is getting on
'My Bets' enhances the existing 'Open Bets' feature. It still includes open bets, but also has a new 'Settled' tab giving you easy access to your settled bets for the last 48 hours.
You can read all about it here, but the main changes are:
- Open Bets - live scores (where available) will show in expanded view. If scores aren't available, there will just be a 'Live' label.
- Open Bets - for tennis bets, the in-play scoreboard will now show the current match score in full.
- Open/Settled Bets - new coloured indicators will show the status of each selection - open, won, in-play, void or lost.
- Open/Settled Bets - if you used a free bet, it'll show in the expanded details.
- Open/Settled Bets - if your bet has been affected by a Rule 4 deduction, you'll see the details in our new Bet Message feature.
There'll be some improvements to the look and feel of Cash Out. The main highlights are:
- Your Open Bets will continue to show a Cash Out value button when Cash Out is available, but they'll also clearly show when it's suspended or at a zero value.
- If your Cash Out is in profit, the value will show in yellow.
- You'll see a 'Cash Out Successful' message after you Cash Out.
Our 'Quick Deposit' function at the top of the page (previously only available on our Gaming products) will soon also be available on our betting site. Just:
- Ensure you have a card registered to your account
- Click on the yellow 'Deposit' button
- Enter the amount you want to deposit
- Enter your CVV number (the 3-digit number on the back of your card)
- Click on 'Quick Deposit'
