Here's the official list of all horses that were declared as Balloted Out.

NOTES:
- An updated list will be provided 24 to 48 hours before each race.
- Any horse that appears on the Balloted Out list will be voided.
- If the reserves don't take part in the race, they'll be classed as Balloted Out (They may show onsite as a non-runner).
- Any bets on horses not included on the Balloted Out list below will be considered non-runners and will be settled as losing (unless placed on NRMB markets).
