Vegas Prize Draw Privacy Notice


This privacy notice will explain how we use your data for the Vegas Prize Draw.

Customers entering the competition to win a trip to Las Vegas up to the value of £15,000 will be entered into a prize draw between 4 December 2023 and 17 December 2023. The winner will be notified via SMS within 24 hrs.

We will process the following categories of personal data:

  • Full Name
  • Telephone number
  • Date of Birth
  • Email address
  • Marketing preference

You are required to provide some personal data before you can enter the competition.

Your data will also be processed by Prize Shark for the purpose of fulfilling the prize. Your personal data will not be shared with any other third parties.

We will retain your personal data for the length of time need to process the competition.
