What are the deposit, withdrawal limits and timescales for Debit Card?

 

 
 
  • NOTES: William Hill doesn't charge any fees for Debit Card transactions.
  • Please check with your bank/card issuer if they charge any fees.

How do I deposit with Debit Card?

 

1. Click on the 'Deposit' button.

2. The deposit window will open, where you can select 'Debit Card' card as your payment option.

3. Fill in the details and click 'Deposit'.

4. Your transaction will be processed and your balance updated accordingly.

5. Your card details will be saved in the 'My Methods' section for future use.

How do I withdraw with my Debit Card Card?

 

1. Click on the Balance Icon at the top of the page, then choose 'Withdraw'.

2. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and click on 'Withdraw'.

3. Check that you've entered the correct amount, then click 'Withdraw' to process your withdrawal request.

4. You'll then see the withdrawal confirmation screen.

NOTES TO CONSIDER:

  • If you're not a UK customer, you'll be able to reverse your withdrawal request while it's still showing as 'pending' (click here for more information). After that, you'll no longer be able to reverse it and your funds will be processed back to you.

  • Upon withdrawal submission, you may be asked to provide identification documents. Click here for more details.

  • If your withdrawal request was successful but you don't see the funds in your bank account after five (5) working days, you'll need an ARN (Acquirer's Reference Number) so your bank can track the transaction. Click here for information on requesting an ARN.
