Why do I need to split my withdrawal between different methods?

At William Hill, we've implemented various measures to ensure the safety of your funds.

One of these measures is to return deposited funds to their original payment method, wherever possible. This practice complies with money laundering and fraud prevention regulations.

For this reason, you may not always have the option to choose where to withdraw your funds.

The option to select a different payment method for withdrawals becomes available once all deposited funds have been returned to their original payment method.

  • Example: You deposit £50 from your Visa Card and £50 by Skrill into your WH account.
  • After some success, the 'Available to Withdraw' balance on your account is £500, and you want to withdraw £200.
  • You would prefer to withdraw this £200 to your Visa Card, but before you can do this, you will need to 'Close the Loop' and balance the Positive Net Deposits with Skrill.
  • Therefore, you need to withdraw £50 back to your Skrill account, making the Net Deposits on that payment method £0 before you can withdraw the rest onto your PayPal account.
