Winning Margin
Market description: Predict the margin of goals by which a nominated team will win a match.
- Example: Match result: Chelsea 3-1 Aston Villa
- Winning selection: Chelsea by 2 goals
1. Bets are settled on the events that occur in normal time. This includes any injury/stoppage time added on by the match official at the end of normal time.
2. Extra time doesn't count.
3. If the match ends in a draw, the winning selection in this market will be a draw.
4. If a match is postponed, normal postponed match rules apply.
5. If a match is abandoned, normal abandoned match rules apply.
6. Settlement of all stats markets will be based on data provided by OPTA (Part of the Stats Perform Group).

- OPTA may occasionally go back and make amendments to ensure accuracy. We'll settle all markets based on their final decision.
- Adjustments to the settlement of markets won't be made for changes or adjudications made by governing bodies after the event.
- OPTA have a long-established list of ‘Event Definitions’ which are adhered to across all of their data collection centres. They can be accessed here.
