Where has the Scratchcards site gone?
Scratchcards can now be found here, within the ‘Instant Win’ section of our Games site
How do I login to Scratchcards?
In order to play Scratchcards you must have a William Hill account and be logged in. You can login through the Games homepage, or by launching a game (hover over it, click 'Play' and you'll be prompted to login).
You must have funds/credit in your account to be able to play Scratchcards.
If you don't yet have a William Hill account, simply click the 'Join' button on the Games home page.
How do I launch a Scratchcards game?
To select a game to play, simply click on the image of the game. The game will then launch as a pop-up.
If the pop-up doesn't launch, please ensure that your pop-up settings in your browser are enabled. For help with enabling pop-ups click here.
What types of Scratchcards can I play?
Scratchcards is host to five different types of games you can play, with more being added to this list with game releases.

Scratch N Match: Standard Scratch N Match cards, scratch and reveal 3 same symbols to win

Scratch N Match with Free Scratches: Scratch and reveal 3 same symbols to win or scratch 3 bonus symbols and also win free scratches

Scratch N Match with Free Spins: Scratch and reveal 3 same symbols to win or scratch 3 bonus symbols and also win free spins in the associated slot game

4 Way Scratch N Match: Play 4 games on one scratchcard for no extra cost

Scratch N match with Slot Bonus: Scratch and reveal 3 same symbols to win or scratch 3 bonus symbols and also enter a selected bonus round from the associated slot for a potential big win
How do I find information on a Scratchcard?
An information icon is displayed at the bottom right-hand corner of each game tile.
When selected, the link changes the state of the tile to highlights. Here you can view key information about the game.
'Play' links to the relevant game mode.
I had a product block in place on Scratchcards - will that still work?
No. If you want to block Scratchcards, you’ll need block the whole Games section. Please click here to contact Customer Services if this is something you'd like to do.
