How to Close your Account


Closing your account? We're sorry to see you go.

But if you wish to come back we'd love to have you again. 

 

NOTE: If you're not sure if closing your account is the best option for you, try a time out or self-exclusion. While this won't remove your account, it stops any future deposits or withdrawals from happening.
 
Things to consider when closing your account:
  •  Withdraw any remaining money before closing your account.
  • Contact our Customer Service Team to withdraw any open bet winnings after your account has been closed.
  • Read our Privacy Notice about your data. It will be kept by our team for at least five (5) years.

How to Close your Account
 

1. Login to your account and click on the balance icon at the top of the screen.

2. In the dropdown menu, click on ‘Safer Gambling’ (for mobile users click on ‘Gambling Controls’/‘Account Controls’)

3. Click on 'Account Closure'.

4. Pick your closure reason from the dropdown box.

5. Enter your password.

6. Click on 'Confirm - I want to close my account'.

7. You'll see a closure confirmation on screen.

NOTE: If you decide to go back playing, you can always re-open your account with us by going to our Account Recovery page.  .
