Why is there a forced upgrade to the new app version (version 11.2 - August 2020)?
We've got some exciting new features in development, and the new version will also more closely resemble the web experience.
Older versions of the app aren't compatible with many of the changes, so you'll only be able to continue using the app if you upgrade to the new version.
To login to your account, tap on 'Log in', enter your username and password, then click on Login.
You can also enable Auto-Login option here (the app will store your username and password and then automatically log you in when the app is opened in future).
If you don't want to use Auto-Login, then uncheck the box and you will be given the option to use Touch ID if your device supports it, click here for more info.
In addition to Auto-Login and TouchID, you can choose to only remember your username or not to remember any login details from the My Account Menu.
To change this simply tap on your current login option and choose the option you wish to update to.
Log out
If you have Auto-Login enabled there's no need to log out of the app, but if you wish to clear your login details then select 'Forget Me' from the My Account menu. You'll then get a warning message that your details will be cleared if you proceed.
If you choose to log out using Touch ID, your details will not be cleared and you'll still be able to log in using your fingerprint in future.
If a free bet is available on your account, the option to use it will appear at the bottom of your betslip the next time you add a valid selection to the betslip.
Using the drop down menu select the free bet and place your bet as normal. Your free bet will then automatically be used to pay, or part pay, for your requested bet. Your free bet will be used on the first bet on your betslip when placing more than one bet, as your free bet can't be split.
- Free bets can be spent on bets as per promotional Terms and Conditions.
- Free bet tokens are non-refundable. Free Bet stake not included in any winnings. The Estimated Back on the Bet Slip and the Bet Receipt indicate Backs with stake.
- A free bet token cannot be partially redeemed. If you attempt to place a bet for lesser total stake than the value of your free bet token, you will not receive any further free bet tokens.
- Free Bet Tokens are valid for 4 days unless otherwise stated in the Expiry section within the 'Free Bet & Bonus' details of 'My Account'.
- Free bets cannot be redeemed on any other online product (Poker, Casino, Vegas, Live Casino, Bingo, Scratchcards, Games).
- Redeemed free bets will not qualify for any future free bets. Qualifying bets must be placed from the customer funded balance.
- Redeemed free bets with value of £1 or more will count toward qualification to view streamed events.
- Cashout may be affected if your bet triggers a free bet promotion. See individual promotional terms for details.
- Cashout will be available for bets placed using a free bet (minus the value of the initial free bet).

Horse Racing Overview
Once you have selected 'Horses' from the menu at the top of the page, the buttons on the top menu offer you different ways to find your bet.
Simply select if you want to look at All Races for a meeting or select the race time to view the card for that race or result if the race has run.
Meetings will give you quick access to todays meetings aswell as highlighting which races you have qualified to watch on WHTV.
Meeting markets
Metting markets will give you access to Popular Markets, Distance Markets, Favourite Markets, Jockey Markets etc.

The William Hill Radio Naps Table is updated daily by 11am and gives you the best bets ahead of the day's racing.

Match bets give you the opportunity to select which of the two horses will achieve the best finishing position in the given race. Match bets are presented by meeting and will be available shortly before the meeting starts. Multiple selections can be added to your bet slip from this page.

Highlights
Highlights is the first place to look for our featured football betting opportunities, including:
Forthcoming big matches and a list of all todays matches
Competitions gives you quick access to betting opportunities from football leagues and cup competitions from around the world. Simply select your region and then choose the relevant league displayed underneath.
Or use (A-Z) tabs for a quick navigation to the league you are looking for.
Once you've clicked on the league or cup of your choice, select the match.
You will now see all the available markets for that competion. Use top arrows to select the market for a quick navigation.
Outrights will give you quick access to all available outright markets. Just click on the Outrights tab and select the league.
The page will list the current day's matches by default
The rest of the day's matches will be listed below, sorted by competition then by start time. For example, on a typical Saturday, English Premier League matches would be first, listed in kick-off time order, then the day's English Championship matches would be listed and so on. Use the tiles at the top of the match list to jump to that day's matches.
In-Play matches will be displayed at the top when there are live matches available to bet on. Forthcoming matches will be listed in order of kick-off time.
Back to top
The page will list the current day's live matches. Once you click on the match, you will be presented with a scoreboard which shows the game's stats. All Sports In-Play can also be accessed from this page.
Our coupons give you easy access to popular groups of matches.
Our Top Bets Widget has recently been updated and now offers the following new features:
The top five football bets are displayed as an accumulator, along with estimated Backs for a £10 stake.
You can untick selections for a fourfould or treble etc. or you can swap them out for the next selection in the list. The estimated Backs will automatically update as selections are swapped or unchecked.
If you're happy with your choice you can add all selections to the betslip with one tap by clicking on Bet Now.
