I have lost my bank card, what can I do?
If you've reported your card lost or stolen and then find it, please don't attempt to deposit funds into your William Hill account using it.
When you report your card lost or stolen to your bank, we're alerted by your bank that the card has been lost or stolen and if an attempt is made to use the card, the account will be frozen.
When you receive your new card from your bank, you can update your new card details online. Click here for more details.
If your account is suspended, you'll need to provide the following information to re-activate your account:
- Copy of the front and back of the card (make sure that the first six (6) and last four (4) digits should be visible on the front of the card while the middle six (6) digits should be covered. You also need to cover the CVV or the last 3 digits at back of your card for your own security.
- Passport or driving license
- Copy of bank statement or card statement
