Free/bonus spins offers will come in one of two forms:
Set figure
A set amount of free/bonus spins (e.g. 10 free spins on Age of Gods)
or
Time based
An unlimited amount of free spins over a certain time period (e.g. 30s of unlimited free spins on Snow Wild and the 7 features)
How to claim
Step 1
Opt in. You can do this by clicking the button on the promotion page.
Step 2
Visit an eligible game stated within the conditions of the promotion and you free/bonus spins will become available in your account.
How to use your free/bonus spins
- If the spins can only be used on a specific game, there will be a direct link in the promotions page.
- If the free spins can be used on multiple games, select any one of the games from the list.
Once you load up the game, a pop up will appear informing you that you have free/bonus spins available.
- The free/bonus spins will have a pre-determined stake and number of playable lines. These will remain fixed until you either play through your free/bonus spins or opt out of the bonus.
- You do not have to use all your free/bonus spins in one session, however, for unlimited spins offers the countdown might not pause if you leave the game session.
- After you have used your free/bonus spins, any winnings accrued may be subject to a wagering requirement.

- If the promotion does not contain any wagering requirements, your winnings will be transferred into your main balance, where they can be withdrawn. See How to withdraw your winnings for more information.
How to check how many free/bonus spins you have remaining
- After you have opted in and begun gameplay, a counter showing the amount of free/bonus spins should be visible at the bottom of the slot game.
- This will countdown through your free/bonus spins as you press the spin button.
- The free/bonus spins remaining can also be viewed by visiting the promotion page.
If your winnings are subject to a wagering requirement you must fulfil this before you can withdraw your free/bonus spins. See Wagering Requirements – frequently asked questions for more information on wagering requirements. If there is no wagering requirement, or the wagering requirement has already been met, your winnings will appear in your main balance and can be withdrawn by selecting the withdraw option on the “my account” menu.
