I got disconnected from a game, what do I do?

All games except Live Games and Poker

If you got disconnected while you’re in a game, you can continue where you left off when you load the game again. If you have winnings by the time you’ve gotten disconnected, you should still see them when you load up the game.

Live Games

When disconnected from a live game, the game will still continue even if you’re not online. Bets placed on a live game stand which means that winnings will be credited to your account if you’ve won the round. Likewise, losing bets will be deducted from your account. You may refer to the game history to review the result of your latest game play.

Poker

If you got disconnected from a poker game, rules will vary depending on the table/tournament you’re playing on.

Cash tables: once you get connected into the poker client, you will be routed back to the same table as before so you can continue the game. If you failed to get back into the table and your time runs out from your turn, your hand will be folded by default, losing any progress and potential wins from the hand. If you got back in time for your turn, you can just continue as normal.

Tournaments: Refer to the type of tournament you’re playing in as this varies per tournament type.
