Total Assists

Market description: Predict whether the number of assists recorded by the named player will be under/over the number specified.

  • If the market is over/under 2.5 assists, over means three (3) assists or more while under means two (2) assists or fewer.
  • Assists can be awarded to a maximum of two (2) players touching the puck before the goal scorer, provided the opposing team hasn't controlled the puck between the potential assists and the goal being scored.
  • The last teammate to touch the puck before the goal scorer is awarded a "primary assist". The preceding teammate to touch the puck before the first assisting player is awarded a "secondary assist". Despite the use of the terms "primary assist" and "secondary assist", neither is worth more than the other.
  • Goals scored without teammates passing or otherwise touching the puck before it gets to the goal scorer are considered unassisted and no assists are awarded.

Blocked Shots

Market Description: Predict whether the number of blocked shots recorded by the named player will be under/over the number specified.

  • If the market is over/under 2.5 blocked shots, over means three (3) blocked shots or more while under means two (2) blocked shots or fewer.
  • A blocked shot occurs when an opponent's shot attempt is blocked by a skater - either with his stick or body.

 

1. Bets are settled on official statistics provided by the NHL.

  • In the event of a dispute, statistics published on NHL.com on the day of the game will be used for settlement purposes.

  • Any subsequent changes after this time won't count for settlement purposes.

Plus/Minus

Market Description: Predict whether the number of plus/minus statistic recorded by the named player will be under/over the number specified.

  • If the market is over/under 2.5 plus/minus, over means three (3) points or more while under means two (2) points or fewer.
  • Plus/Minus is a team's goal differential while a player is on the ice, excluding power play goals for and against but including empty net situations.
  • All the skaters on the ice receive a plus/minus when an even-strength goal or shorthanded goal is scored - depending on which team scored.
  • Plus/Minus is not tracked for goalies.

Total Points

Market Description: Predict whether the number of total points recorded by the named player will be under/over the number specified.

  • If the market is over/under 2.5 total points, over means three (3) total points or more and under means two (2) total points or fewer.
  • The total number of goals plus assists equals total points.
  • A point is awarded to a player for each goal scored or assist earned.
  • Total points are for all situations (even strength, power play, shorthanded) combined.
  • Since only one (1) point can be awarded on a goal to a player (either a goal or assist), the goal scorer cannot get an assist as well, even if he was involved in passing the puck before scoring the goal.

Market Description: Predict whether the number of total saves recorded by the named goal tender will be under/over the number specified.

  • If the market is over/under 2.5 total saves, over means three (3) total saves or more and under means two (2) total saves or fewer.
  • Saves are the number of shots against that are stopped by a goal tender.

Shutout

Market Description: Predict whether the goal tender specified will end the match with a shutout.

  • If the market is Yes/No Shutout, Yes means the goalie had a shutout and No means he didn’t.
  • A shutout is attributed to a goal tender that prevents the other team from scoring any goals during a match.

 

1. Bets are settled on the official match result including overtime should the match progress as such.

2. If the selected goal tender doesn't start the match, bets placed on this player will be void.

Total Shots

Market Description: Predict whether the number of total shots recorded by the named player will be under/over the number specified.

  • If the market is over/under 2.5 total shots, over means three (3) total shots or more and under means two (2) total shots or fewer.
  • Shots are the number of shots on goal taken by a player or team. Shots are also called shots on goal.
  • Missed shots are the number of off-target shot attempts taken by a player or team that are unblocked but don't require a goal tender save. These include shot attempts that are wide of the net, over the net or that hit the goalpost/crossbar.
  • Attempts blocked and missed shots aren't included in total shots.
  • A blocked shot occurs when an opponent's shot attempt is blocked by a skater - with his stick or body.

Market Description: Predict whether the number of total points recorded by the named player only during a Power Play situation will be under/over the number specified.

  • If the market is over/under 2.5 total points, over means three (3) total points or more while under means two (2) total points or fewer.
  • The total number of goals plus assists equals total points.
  • A point is awarded to a player for each goal scored or assist earned.
  • The Total Power Play Points market refers specifically and only to the goals and assists scored by a player during a Power Play situation.

 

1. Bets are settled on the official match result including overtime should the match progress as such.

2. If the selected player doesn't start the match and takes to the ice at anytime, bets placed on this player will stand.

3. If the selected player takes no part in the match, bets placed on this player will be void.
