How to Claim your Bingo Points
1. Open your favorite Bingo game
2. A new window will pop up, and then click on "Menu"
3. Look for "Bingo Club"
4. Once there, you will see your loyalty level and points where you can choose how much you can redeem
And that's it! You've already claimed your Bingo Loyalty Points!
Bingo Club Levels
Here’s a quick look at the different levels of Bingo Club. Note: one (1) point = £1 spent on Bingo tickets

1. Customers must be a minimum of 18 years old to participate and have completed all relevant account opening processes.
2. The William Hill Bingo Loyalty Club is open to William Hill Bingo Players only.
3. 1 loyalty point will be earned on cash stakes of £1 on bingo tickets.
4. For the earning of loyalty points, stakes are cumulative and do not have to be staked in one individual game. For example, if a player stakes 10p per game over 10 games, then they will be awarded 1 loyalty point in the final game played.
5. The number of points a player earns during each calendar month will determine a players Club Level. See above for further information regarding Club levels.
6. Points can be redeemed for Bingo Bonus for use in the Bingo site only (excluding ‘Number Games').
7. The exchange rate for points is dependent on a player's Club Level and can be found under 'Menu' > 'Bingo Club' in the bingo lobby.
8. Points can only be redeemed for multiples of 50p in bonus funds.
9. Any earned points that have not been redeemed within 90 days from end of the calendar month in which the points were earned will expire.
10. Any player that does not meet the minimum spend requirement for their current level within a calendar month will drop one level on the first calendar day of the subsequent month.
11. Additional points earned through promotions or chat games will not count towards maintaining a players Club Level.
12. Points redemption or expiry will not affect a player's Club Level.
13. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, and hold no cash value.
14. William Hill reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Bingo Club loyalty scheme at any time.
15. William Hill reserves the right to refuse entry to any customer to the William Hill Bingo Club loyalty scheme.
