Data Subject Access Request (DSAR)

At William Hill, we understand your right to request a copy of the data we're holding for you.

Here's the most common information that you'll need to know on how to get these from us.

Q: What's a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR)?

A: Data Subject Access Request, commonly known as DSAR, is when a person requests an organisation to provide them with data they hold about themselves.

People can only receive information about themselves and not about other people.

You can also obtain information about how your data has been used.

We provide this in our Online Privacy Notice, which you can find here.

Q: When will I get my data?

A: Regulations provide us with one (1) month to respond to your request. However we'll likely get this to you sooner.

In some cases, where requests are complex or you've submitted multiple requests, we're permitted to respond within three (3) months.

We'll inform you within one (1) month if we need to extend the response time by a further two (2) months.

The time period begins when you've passed our identity checks.
