Q: Why has my withdrawal been declined?

A: There are a few reasons why your withdrawal has been declined:

  • Your withdrawal request wasn't authorised by your bank. Click here for more details on how we're protecting our customers.
  • You haven't met the requirements of the Closed Loop Policy. Click here for more details.
  • You've opened a new account and we need to verify you. 
  • You're yet to make a deposit.
  • You're using a payment method/ card which does not accept withdrawals.
