Q: What should I do if I would still like to open an account?
A: You can e-mail us the required documents to documents@willhill.com.
It usually takes 24 hours for our team to review it.
Q: Which documents can I send?
A: Please send us a selfie holding these documents:
1. Proof of Identity - one valid photo ID (Driver's Licence, National ID or Passport)
AND
2. Proof of Address - a bank or credit card statement showing the registered address on your account. This must have been issued within the past three months.
You can upload your documents here, which will be held in a secure file in line with data protection requirements and our Privacy Policy.
