German Market Closure
From the 10th of May 2022, our services for residents in Germany will be suspended until further notice.

Q: What does this mean?
A: From the 10th of May 2022, residents in Germany will not be able to participate in our offerings and services.
Q: What will happen to my balance? / How can I withdraw my balance?
A: Your balance is safe with us.
Until the 9th of June 2022, you'll still be able to login to your account, which will allow you to withdraw your funds.
From the 10th of June 2022, your login details will no longer work.
You'll need to contact our Customer Service Team in order to withdraw any remaining balance.
- REMEMBER: When requesting your withdrawal, please ensure this is back to the payment method you made your last deposit with.
Q: What will happen to my open bets?
A: If you have any open bets, these will be settled as normal.
When your bet has been settled and you have any potential winnings, you'll be able to login to your account until the 9th of June 2022 to request a withdrawal of these funds.
From the 10th of June 2022, you'll need to contact Customer Service Team in order to withdraw.
