A: The promotional offers are only available from 07:00 to 23:59 UK time every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
As different prizes may be available each day, they can only be claimed on the day they are offered.
Q: I'm unable to use my bonus and now it's no longer available.
A: Your Freemium Weekend bonus is only available to use until 23:59 (UK time) each day on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays of February 2025 - so make sure to claim and use it within this timeframe.

1. During the period of 1st to 28th February 2025 (the 'promotional period'), William Hill will make available one (1) of the following promotions on the William Hill Sportsbook homepage between 07:00 to 23:59 on each Friday, Saturday and Sunday:
- A free bet promotion for sports betting;
- A Winnings Boost promotion; or
- A free spins promotion for specific casino games
2. One (1) promotion will run independently from 07:00 to 23:59 (UK time) on the days specified above during the promotional period. The promotions are entirely separate from each other, and individuals may be eligible for either or all the promotions.
3. The promotions will only be visible on the William Hill Sportsbook homepage to eligible customers when logged into the William Hill Sportsbook platform.
4. To participate:
- Eligible customers must log into the William Hill Sportsbook platform.
- Upon logging in, eligible customers will see the available promotion on the homepage including, but not limited to, the Interactive Stories section or the widget below Featured Market.
- Customers must then ‘opt in’ by clicking through to the dedicated promotion page for each promotion they wish to participate in.
- Specific terms and conditions will apply to the use, expiry or any restrictions on these bonuses as outlined on the dedicated promotion page.
5. Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions which:
- Will be clearly displayed on the dedicated promotion page.
- Include any restrictions on the bonus or winnings.

1. We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to: be unfair and to break these terms and conditions. These unfair types of play include the following:
- using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimises risks or opposite betting);
- sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others and/or taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you;
- colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with others to gain an unfair advantage) in relation to the promotion;
- taking advantage of broken mechanics and combination of loopholes on the game that leads to abusing the promotion/bonus; and
- purchasing all the tickets for a free game; or repeatedly depositing, cashing out and redepositing purely to gain a deposit related bonus.
2. If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair, we may cancel any bonuses or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus you've received as part of any promotion we have cancelled, and either:
- void any bets funded by a bonus (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or
- remove any winnings relating to any bonus.
3. In addition to these terms and conditions, your participation in any gaming or wagering made available in William Hill shops or telebetting is governed by our general terms (the 'Fair Deal Rules') which are displayed in our shops available on request from shop staff. You should therefore ensure that you've read and understood the Fair Deal Rules and these terms and conditions before taking part in this promotion. In the case of any discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the Fair Deal Rules, these terms and conditions shall take precedence.
4. William Hill reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet, stake or similar transaction requested by you: (a) where you've breached these terms and conditions; or (b) at any time in our sole discretion, except that we won't exercise (or seek to enforce) any such restriction if you've already made one or more qualifying bets in respect of the promotion and the exercise of our discretion would affect your ability to:
- receive the bonus, or the full expected value of the bonus, from the promotion, where you've placed all the necessary qualifying bets.
- place the remaining qualifying bets required by the promotion, and consequently receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the promotion, to which you would be entitled as a result; or
- materially affect your ability to complete the qualifying bets required by the promotion.
5. Regardless of anything else set out in these terms and conditions, you can withdraw funds from your main balance at any time, except where we must withhold the funds to meet our legal or regulatory obligations.
6. You may not participate in the promotion if you've previously been informed by William Hill that you are excluded from participating in promotions or any gaming or wagering on the William Hill website, the William Hill iOS or Android Mobile app or in William Hill shops.
7. William Hill has the right to refuse or withhold free bets (or any winnings from free bets) in the event of funds you've wagered being cancelled or denied by any payment service.
8. We can change or cancel this promotion, or change these terms and conditions:
- without giving you notice, if the change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or regulation; or
- by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for example, if there's a fault in the software or systems we use to provide this promotion, or we identify a mistake in these terms and conditions).
9. We can also award an equivalent bonus to the one referred to in this promotion.
10. We won't be responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures, or any unavailable or lost network conditions which may result in incorrect information being displayed or affect your ability to enter or take part in the promotion. If there's any dispute over your eligibility for the promotion, our decision will be final.
11. Your use of our website and app, and your betting or gaming activity on it, is governed by our general terms and conditions. You must read the general terms and conditions, as well as these terms and conditions, before you take part in this promotion. If any of these terms and conditions conflict with the general terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will prevail to that extent.
12. These terms and conditions are governed by, and interpreted in line with, the laws of England and Wales. Any legal action in connection with these terms and conditions will be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales.
