Q: Where can I find Impact Sub?
A: Impact Sub is available on selected Football events and markets.
These can be identified by the Impact Sub icon, located next to the qualifying event name, or market within the event.
Any market without the Impact Sub icon won't be eligible.
Q: Can I Cash Out my Impact Sub bet?
A: Yes, for online bets you'll be able to Cash Out wherever value is available.
The Cash Out value will relate to the price of the substitute as opposed to the original player.
Impact Sub bets placed in our shops won't be available for Cash Out.
Q: Can I get Impact Sub Pre-match and In-play?
A: Yes. Impact Sub will apply to qualifying markets before kick-off or once play is underway.
Q: How do I know who my Impact Sub is?
A: On occasions, teams will make multiple changes at once.
Your Impact Sub player will be the official replacement and will be clearly shown in your bet slip once the change has been made or can be identified from our live scoreboards.
Q: What if my original player has already achieved part of my bet?
A: If you've placed a bet on a market that requires multiple circumstances (e.g. 2+ goals, Over 1 shot on target), any occurrence that has already happened will carry over onto your new player. We won't press the reset button.
Example: If you've backed Phil Foden to score 2 or more and he bags a goal before being brought off, his goal will carry across onto the player who replaces him. If his replacement then scores themselves, your bet is a winner!
This applies to all markets that require multiple occurrences to be a winner.
Q: My player has been replaced by a goalkeeper.
A: Whilst it doesn’t seem much like an advantage, Impact Sub will still apply.
No matter how likely, your bet can still become a winner, as opposed to being a loser under normal settlement rules.
Q: My Impact Sub has also been subbed off. What happens?
A: It’s a rare occurrence but sometimes substitutes themselves get brought off.
With Impact Sub, your bet will carry over again onto their replacement - so your bet is always on.
Q: What if my player is sent off/given a red card?
A: Unfortunately, in this circumstance, your bet will be a loser as no player has replaced him.
The same applies if a player is forced off injured and their team has no substitutes left to make.
Q: What if my player has been carded before entering or after exiting the game?
A: Only cards shown to active players currently on the field of play will count towards Impact Sub.
So if your player receives a card before being brought on or after being subbed off, these cards won’t count towards settlement.
Q: What if my bet is placed with a Free Bet / Winnings Boost?
A: That's fine. Bets placed with free bet or Winnings Boost tokens will still benefit from Impact Sub, the same as any cash bet would.
Q: Are there any other restrictions?
A: Impact Sub won’t apply to Enhanced Odds, Flash Odds or Epic Odds selections.
It also only applies to the standard 90 minutes and any injury time.
It doesn’t apply should a game go to Extra Time or a Penalty Shootout.
