Credit cards give you an easy, safe way to pay online. Credit cards also allow you to make effortless withdrawals from your William Hill account.

Please note: as of 14th April 2020, UK customers can no longer deposit by credit card. Click here for more info.

William Hill does not charge any fees for Credit Card transactions. Please check with your bank/ card issuer if they charge any fees.

How do I deposit with a Credit Card?

1. Click on the 'Deposit' button.

2. The deposit window will open, where you can select 'Credit Card' as your payment option:

3. Fill in the details and click 'Deposit':

4. Your transaction will be processed and your balance updated accordingly.

5. Your card details will be saved in the 'My Methods' section for future use.

How do I withdraw with a Credit Card?

1. Click on the Balance Icon at the top of the page, then choose 'Withdraw'.

2. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and click on 'Withdraw':

3. Check that you've entered the correct amount, then click 'Withdraw' to complete your withdrawal request.

4. You'll then see the withdrawal confirmation screen.

Please note that:

  • If you're not a UK customer, you'll be able to reverse your withdrawal request while it's still showing as 'pending' (click here for more information). After that, you'll no longer be able to reverse it and your funds will be processed back to you.
  • Upon withdrawal submission you may be asked to provide identification documents. Click here for more information.
  • If your withdrawal request was successful but you don't see the funds in your account after 5 working days, you'll need an ARN (Acquirer's Reference Number) so your bank can track the transaction. Click here for information on requesting an ARN.
  • Withdrawal process for Diners will be processed via Bank Transfer.
  • You can only withdraw back to a non-UK issued Mastercard if you've recently registered/used your card with any of the BINs (Bank Identification Numbers) listed in the below table and providing you haven't previously withdrawn to this card via Bank Transfer. If you'rre unable to withdraw back to Mastercard, please use bank transfer to withdraw your funds.
