How do I change the debit or credit card registered to my account?
Please note: as of 14th April 2020, UK customers can no longer deposit by credit card. Click here for more info.
Choose one of the following options:
- My card has expired, what do I do?
- I want to remove my old card and register new card details, what do I do?
- How do I add a new/different payment method?
My card has expired, what do I do?
If your card has been re-issued with a new expiry date, there's no need to remove the old card. You just need to update the expiry date:
- Click on the 'Deposit' button
- Hit 'Edit' next to your card number (see first image below)
- You'll be re-directed to a pop-up window where you can update the expiry date (see second image below)
- Click on 'Save Changes'
- You can now deposit and withdraw to this card.
I want to remove my old card and register new card details, what do I do?
If you've been issued with a replacement card with a new card number or a brand new card, you'll need to
- Remove your old card* (click here for step-by-step instructions)
- Add the new card (click here for step-by-step instructions)
- You'll need to make a deposit with the new card before you can use it to withdraw
*Before you can remove your old card, you need to make sure that:
- You have a zero balance
- You have no open gaming sessions - if you're logged into a gaming session, please logout and then log back in through our Sports homepage
- You have no unsettled bets
- You haven't changed your card online within the last 30 days
