• If you've been informed of promotion restrictions by William Hill, this promotion won't be available to you.

• Available from 8 AM on the day of the race until the off. Bets placed before will be settled at the price taken, or at SP if no price has been taken (effective since 08 January 2025).

• Available on the 'Win' market on all UK and Irish horse racing.

  • Example: If you back your selection taking an Early Price of 4/1 and the SP returns at 5/1, you'll get the bigger price of 5/1. If the SP returns at 3/1 you'll still get paid at 4/1.

• In the case of a non-runner and prices reverting to SP, then Best Odds Guaranteed don't apply. Player/payment method/country restrictions apply.

• The maximum benefit for Best Odds Guaranteed is capped at £25,000 per customer per day across all applicable channels.

• William Hill reserve the right to withhold, restrict or cancel this promotion from individual customers/account holders at its reasonable discretion and with prior notice.

Significant Conditions

1. The promotion runs from 00:01 (UK time) on 08 January 2025 until cancelled or withdrawn by William Hill (the 'promotion period').

2. To qualify, customers must have opted in via the 'Best Odds Guaranteed – Opt In' feature, located within individual race cards of UK & Irish horse races on the Horse Racing homepage of the William Hill website (williamhill.com) or iOS and Android mobile apps.

3. Once a customer has successfully opted into Best Odds Guaranteed, the promotion will apply indefinitely unless or until the promotion is cancelled or revoked by William Hill in accordance with these terms and conditions.   

4. William Hill reserves the right to remove a customer's opt-in status and exclude them from the promotion if: 

• William Hill identifies that the customer has breached these terms and conditions;
• William Hill detects suspicious betting behaviours or activity on the customer’s account;
• the customer's account status has changed since they opted into the promotion (for example, if the customer has self-excluded, or restrictions have been applied to the customer’s account since they opted into the promotion); or
• The customer is no longer resident in an eligible jurisdiction. 
• In such circumstances, William Hill will provide reasonable written notice of its decision to exclude the customer from the promotion, and the exclusion will take effect from the date specified in the relevant notice.

5. Best Odds Guaranteed (BOG) will be available on bets placed from 08:00 (UK time) on the day of the race until 'the off' on all UK & Irish Horse Races online. Bets placed before 08:00 (UK time) will be settled at the price taken, or at SP if no price has been taken.

6. Promotion available on win or each way singles and multiples on the 'win' market for all UK & Irish Horse Racing.

7. A daily cap of £25,000 applies to the additional benefit received from Best Odds Guaranteed per customer, per calendar day (00:00 to 23:59 UK time) (the 'Daily Cap').

8. The Daily Cap:

• only applies to the extra benefit received when the Starting Price (SP) is higher than the price originally taken (For example: If you take odds of 4/1 and the SP is 6/1, the 'additional benefit' is the difference between the winnings at these two prices. Your original winnings at 4/1 do not contribute towards this cap); and
• is calculated by:
  • i. adding together all additional benefits from higher SPs across your winning qualifying bets in a single day; and
  • ii. stopping additional benefit payments once the £25,000 daily limit is reached.

9. If the total additional benefit from higher Starting Prices would exceed £25,000 in a single calendar day, then the payment will be capped at £25,000. Standard winnings from original odds taken will be paid in full and are not subject to the Daily Cap.

10. All winnings will automatically be credited to your account once the qualifying bet has settled. Any additional benefit received under this promotion will be marked in the 'Settled bets' section of your online account and will accumulate up to a limit of £25,000 per calendar day.

11. The promotion is only available to UK resident customers who opt into Best Odds Guaranteed within the promotion period  and place a bet on a promotion market online using the William Hill website (williamhill.com) or William Hill iOS or Android Mobile app. This promotion is not available in our shops or through our telebetting service.

12. Best Odds Guaranteed worked example: If you back your selection taking a price of 4/1 and the SP returns at 5/1, you'll get the bigger price of 5/1. If the SP returns at 3/1 you'll still get paid at 4/1.
