How can I reverse a withdrawal?

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• Reverse withdrawals were no longer allowed for customers in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland since 30th June 2020.
• As we’ve shortened our processing times to support
Visa Direct (enabling 4-hour withdrawals), the reverse withdrawal window for all card withdrawals has been reduced.
• You may only reverse your withdrawal while it appears as 'pending' in your William Hill account.

Q: What does 'Reverse Withdrawal' mean?

A: Reversing a withdrawal is a way to cancel a requested withdrawal, if you've changed your mind.

If you've made a withdrawal from your William Hill account and it's still showing as 'pending' then you can cancel/reverse it and the money will go back to your balance immediately.
