What happens if a market is suspended?

A betting market may be suspended when something of significance occurs, or is likely to occur, during an event.

In the case of football, examples of this may (but won't always) be:

  • A goal
  • Possible red card
  • Possible penalty
  • 85 minutes of play being completed
  • Price of one of the teams being shorter than 1/25000
  • Feed from our third party service providers failing, etc.

The above examples aren't exhaustive and there may be other reasons that aren't listed.

Whilst a market is suspended, bets cannot be placed and Cashout won't be available.
