My payment method has expired, how do I withdraw funds?

You will need to update or add an additional payment method to your account to allow you to withdraw your funds.

If you have an expired bank card registered, click here to add your new card details and then proceed to request your withdrawal.

If you need to add a new payment method to your account and then transfer the withdrawal to this payment method you need to contact our 24/7 Customer Service Team.

Can I still withdraw my balance if it's a small amount?

In some cases there is a minimum amount required to process a withdrawal. If your balance is below the minimum withdrawal limit you can still request a withdrawal but only for the full balance in your account. Click here to withdraw.
