How can I reverse/cancel a withdrawal?
Reversing a withdrawal is quick and easy facility that gives you control over withdrawals and the ability to cancel them.
To reverse withdrawal click on Deposit tab and check Pending Withdrawals. If there are amounts showing there, your withdrawal is still pending and can be cancelled.
Click on Reverse Withdrawals and the amount willl be credited back to your account immediately.
Reversal confirmation will be displayed
Where can I find my pending withdrawals?
Log into Poker software, go to the Cashier, click on Deposit and refer to Pending Withdrawals.
