How can I reverse a withdrawal?

As a result of guidance from The Gambling Commission, we’ve stopped reverse withdrawals since 30th June 2020 to customers registered in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

NOTE: Since we’ve shortened our processing times to support Visa Direct (4 hour withdrawals), reverse withdrawal windows for all card withdrawals have been reduced. You can only reverse your withdrawal while it shows as 'pending' in your William Hill account.

Q: What does 'Reverse Withdrawal' mean?

A: Reversing a withdrawal is a way to cancel a requested withdrawal, if you've changed your mind.

If you've made a withdrawal from your William Hill account and it's still showing as 'pending' then you can cancel/reverse it and the money will go back to your balance immediately.
