I want to withdraw my winnings. Why have I been asked for documents?


For security reasons, you may be requested to send identification to our 24/7 Customer Service Team.


The most common reasons for this request are:

  • You're withdrawing via a method different to your deposit method.
  • You're making a large withdrawal.
  • You've been using a bank card not belonging to yourself.
  • Your account has been inactive for a period of time.
 

And we'll ask for the following to be sent:

  • Front and back copies of the card used or proof of e-wallet.

    • For cards: The first six (6) and last four (4) digits should be visible on the front of the card, while the middle six (6) digits should be covered.
    • You also need to cover the CVV or the last three (3) digits at back of your card for your security.
  • Front and back copies of your photo identification. Here's the list of IDs we accept:

    • Driving License
    • Passport
    • National ID Card
    • Electoral ID
    • Residence Permit
    • Age Card
    • Citizencard/Yoti Citizencard (for UK only)
  • A copy of a statement for the card used or proof of registered address.

    • Should show your full name, address and the issuing body's name or logo.
    • For UK residents: Issued in the last three (3) months.
    • For non-UK residents: Issued in the last six (6) months.
    • If sending a card statement, please block out your bank card number if it appears.
  • Photo captured or scanned images are preferred.

    • Make sure that the information on your documents is legible and the edges of your document are visible.

  • Birth certificate, Payslip and Mobile/Phone bills aren't accepted as valid documents.

 

NOTES: All details must be clearly visible.

  • This identification can be sent by e-mail to documents@willhill.com as an attachment.

For Bank Transfer withdrawal requests, these documents are now being required:

  • Proof of Bank Account - a bank statement that corresponds to your registed bank transfer details:

    • Customer's Name
    • Bank Letterhead
    • Account number/IBAN
  • Valid ID

    • Driving License
    • Passport
    • National Identity Card
    • Electoral ID
    • Residence Permit
    • Age Card
    • Citizencard/Yoti Citizencard (for UK only)

 

Proof of Bank Account validity:

  • For UK Bank Transfers: Issued in the last three (3) months.
  • For International Bank Transfers: Issued in the last six (6) months.
