Where can I access my Account section?
- Your 'My Account' section can be accessed at any time by clicking on your balance:
How can I log out of my account?
- To log out, simply tap your balance at the top of the Sportsbook.
- The 'Log Out' option appears at the bottom of the dropdown menu.
- Feedback can be left at any time during your visit to William Hill.
- The feedback form can be found via the Help & Support dropdown located above the betslip on the top navigation bar.
How can I watch my qualified horse races?
- Whenever you stake £1 or more on a UK or Irish horse race, you automatically qualify for free streaming on that race.
- The stream will become available 5 minutes prior to the scheduled off.
- To access the stream, all you need to do is head to the race card and hit the prompt: 'Click here to watch the race'.
- For a quick view of races qualified for streaming, visit the horse racing homepage and see which race times are highlighted in yellow.
Where is the jockey/trainer option on the horse racing page?
- You can bet on your favoured jockeys or trainers by clicking here.
- If you choose to visit it from the main page, please see the photo below for assistance on where to find it.
- The 'Competitions' section contains two tabs, 'Matches' and 'Outrights', with the leagues/competitions available as drop down menus.
- This enables you to put your cross league multiples on without having to leave the Competitions page.
- There are quick links to meetings and races available at the top of each individual racecard.
Where can I see the form guide for each horse?
- Click on the race to view the racecard.
- The form guide appears underneath the jockey's silk colours.
- Click on Spotlight to view Racing Post for each contender.
- You can instantly see which events are currently being live streamed through our in-play betting pages.
- To get this list, visit the In-Play page and flick the switch on the right hand side of the screen.
- William Hill radio can be accessed from the desktop site.
- To listen to the radio click on 'WH Radio' tab and select the station you want to listen to.
- We offer Horse Racing, In-Play and Greyhound stations as well as Podcasts.
