NOTICE: 25th and 26th December are UK bank holidays. We'll resume processing your withdrawals on 27th December. Check here for our full list of withdrawal timescales.

Visa Direct (faster withdrawals)

Q: What's Visa Direct?

A: The Visa Direct service means you’ll get your winnings in your bank account in the quickest time possible.

It's available 24/7, 365 days of the year - even at weekends!

Q: How can I tell if I’ll get Visa Direct withdrawals and where is it available?

A: If you have a compatible Visa (debit or credit) card and your bank supports Visa Direct, you’ll get faster withdrawals.

Many of the major UK banks (including Barclays, Bank of Scotland, Natwest, HSBC and Lloyds) support the service, but international availability varies.

You can check with your bank to see if they're offering it.

Alternatively, if you withdraw to your Visa Card and it arrives within 4 hours, then Visa Direct is enabled for your card.

NOTE: You'll still always need to withdraw to the card you deposited from.

Q: How long will it take to get my withdrawal using Visa Direct withdrawals?

A: It normally takes a couple of hours to check and approve withdrawals before we process them.

Once a withdrawal request has been made, it'll usually take up to four (4) hours to reach your bank account.

Q: Does it take the same amount of time at weekends and public holidays?

A: Yes. If your bank supports the service, you should get your funds back within four (4) hours - even on weekends or public holidays.

Q: Does it matter what time of day I make the withdrawal?

A: No. You can use Visa Direct withdrawal at any time of the day, and the payouts get processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q: Are there any limits for Fast Withdrawals?

A: Please be aware that: All compatible Visa withdrawals of £/€/$10,000 or less are routed to Visa Direct. Visa apply transactional, daily, weekly and 30 day limits on Visa Direct.

Therefore, to avoid delays, we'll direct any withdrawal over £/€/$10,000 through the old route and you'll receive it in up to three (3) days. If you want to, you can split your large withdrawal into two.

Example: if you won £30,000, you could withdraw £10,000 and see it in your bank account after 4 hours (assuming all our checks were cleared), and withdraw the remaining £20,000 which you'll see in your bank in the following days.

Q: Can I still reverse my withdrawal if I want to?

A: If you're an International customer, you'll still be able to reverse your withdrawal request while it's showing as 'pending'.

If you're a customer registered in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, you won't be able to reverse your withdrawal.

For more information about our reverse withdrawal policies, click here.

Because we’ve shortened our processing times to support Visa Direct, reverse withdrawal windows for all card withdrawals have also been reduced.

Q: Why isn’t it available for my bank?

A: Not all banks are ready to process Visa Direct withdrawals yet.

More banks are making this service available, though, so keep an eye on it or check with your bank in case they can provide you with more information.

Q: Why didn’t my withdrawal arrive in my bank account within 4 hours? It shows as status 'Pending'.

A: Some withdrawals may require further internal checks to be carried out, which could extend the processing time past the four (4) hours.

So keep an eye on your emails, as occasionally we may need to ask you for additional ID before processing your withdrawal.

Q: Why didn’t my withdrawal arrive in my bank account within 4 hours? It shows as status 'Approved'.

A: Our withdrawal was approved on our side, but it also depends on how quickly your bank processes the funds.

First, please contact your bank to locate the transaction, and if they can’t locate it please get back in touch with us after one (1) full day.

By then, we’ll be able to provide the ARN (Acquirer's Reference Number) which your bank will use to trace the transaction within their system.

Q: I didn't receive my withdrawal. How can I track it with my bank (ARN)?

A: You'll need to request the ARN (Acquirer's Reference Number) of the transaction (click here for more info).

Before requesting it, please ensure that at least 1 full day has passed (weekends included) since your withdrawal was successfully issued.

Example: For a withdrawal processed on 31st May, the ARN can be requested on 2nd June.
