How to View your Transactions


 Where on the website/app can I view my transactions?

 

1. Login and click on the balance icon at the top of the page:

 

2. Click on 'Account History' (see below image, on the app it may look slightly different). This is where you can view your sports and/or gaming history, your payment history and your net deposits information.

How do I view my transaction history?

 

The 'Account History' page allows you to filter your transactions:

1. Login and click on the balance icon at the top of the page.

2. Click on 'Account History'.

3. By default, the information for all dates and all transaction types will show.

4. Select your preferred timeframe by clicking on 'All dates'.

5. Click 'Filters' if you want to filter for sports or gaming transactions. The payment transactions will also show under the transaction history.

How do I view my net deposit information?

 

1. Login and click on the balance icon at the top of the page.

2. Click on 'Account History'.

3. Click on 'See Your Net Deposit Information':

 

4. To view your lifetime net deposit amount, click on 'View account lifetime net deposit'.

5. Or to view your net deposit information for a selected period (previous day, previous 7 days or previous 30 days), just click on the chosen period and click 'Email me selected net deposit':

How can I check a manual adjustment in my account balance?

 

1. Login and click on the balance icon at the top of the page.

2. Click on 'My Transactions'.

3. If a manual adjustment has been added to your account, it'll appear like this:

How do I check my payment ID?

 

1.  Go to "My Transactions"

 

 

2. Click on your latest withdrawal transaction

 

 

3. Below will appear your payment reference number for that withdrawal
