How do I change the debit or credit card registered to my account?


NOTE: UK customers are no longer able to deposit funds using a credit card since 14th April 2020.


I want to remove my old card and register new card details, what do I do?

If you've been issued with a replacement card with a new card number or a brand new card, you'll need to

  1. Remove your old card* (click here for step-by-step instructions)
  2. Add the new card (click here for step-by-step instructions)
  3. You'll need to make a deposit with the new card before you can use it to withdraw 

*Before you can remove your old card, you need to make sure that:

  1. You have a zero balance
  2. You have no open gaming sessions - if you're logged into a gaming session, please logout and then log back in through our Sports homepage.
  3. You have no unsettled bets
  4. You haven't changed your card online within the last 30 days
