Why is my minimum and maximum deposit showing as 'N/A'?

The minimum and maximum amounts displayed when you are on the 'Deposit' page are specific to your account. If 'N/A'is displayed, this means you are unable to make a deposit using your registered payment method for one of the reasons below:

  • You have already reached your deposit limit.
  • The minimum deposit for your payment method is more than your remaining deposit limit. For example, you may have set a deposit limit of £25 and have already deposited £22 in the last 24 hours. If the minimum deposit for your payment type greater than £3, you would not be able to use that payment method.
  • The amount you are trying to deposit is less than the minimum or more than the maximum amount we allow for the payment type you are using. Please click here to see a list of the minimum and maximum deposits for each payment method we accept.
