This code means you've tried to login to an account which is closed.

To re-open an account which has been closed by yourself online, use the Re-open Closed Account option.

However, double check first if:

  1. You're accessing the correct account, and not an old one.
  2. You're entering the correct account login details.

This means you've tried to login to a suspended account.

Double check first if:

  1. This is your account.
  2. You're entering the correct login details.
  3. You've not received any emails from William Hill advising that your account has been suspended (remember: check your spam folder).
  4. You've recently been asked for documents to verify your age.
  5. You're only using your bank details on the account and not a family members or friends.
  6. You've not been using your account in a restricted country.

If you've been asked for documents, then simply follow the instructions on the email or click here to send us documents to verify your account, this process can take 24 to 48 hours.

This means that you've tried to login to a section of the William Hill site (for example Casino, Poker or Bingo) that you've Self Exluded from or set up an Account Restriction on one or all of these sections in a previous contact with us.

This means that you haven't logged into this account for some time and it has been lying dormant. To gain access to this account, use our account reopen page.

If you've double checked the above possibilities/reasons for the error code showing and you haven't received any emails from us, used your account abroad or would like to reverse the Account Restriction, please contact our customer services.
