How do I withdraw by bank transfer?

To request withdrawal by Bank Transfer click on the My Account icon at the top of the page, then select Withdraw.

Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and click on Withdraw. Click here to find out minimum and maximum withdrawal limits for bank transfer.

The Bank Transfer option will be presented to you.

Click on the Bank Transfer link to fill in your bank details.

If you have a UK bank account, fill in the following details:

  • Account Holder's name, your name exactly as it is registered with your bank
  • Account Number, please provide your 8 digit bank account number
  • Sort code, please provide your 6 digit sort code
  • Amount, please specify the amount you wish to withdraw from your account

Click Continue

 Check the amount and click Withdraw

The next page will display request confirmation and William Hill transaction ID reference number should you need to query the transaction at any time. This transaction ID will appear in your account statement.

If you have a  non UK bank account, fill in the following details:

  • Bank name, full name of your bank
  • Bank address, the complete address of your bank including postal code & country
  • Account Holder's name, your name exactly as it is registered with your bank
  • IBAN number, please include the full International Bank account number, you will find it on your bank statement
  • BIC/SWIFT, please include the full Bank Identifier code, you will find it on your bank statement or on your bank's web site
  • Amount, please specify the amount you wish to withdraw from your account

Please note that currently withdrawals by Bank Transfer are not available for residents of Japan, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, North Macedonia or Kuwait. Customers residing in Japan may use Ecopayz. You may also choose another payment method from this list.

If you're not a UK customer, you'll be able to reverse your withdrawal request while it's still showing as 'pending' (click here for more information). After that, you'll no longer be able to reverse it and your funds will be processed back to you within 3-5 working days.
