What are the minimum withdrawal limits for various payment methods?

NOTES:

IMPORTANT: Starting June 2025, we only accept ecoPayz deposits & withdrawals from the following countries: Canada, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan.  For alternate payment methods, you can choose here.
  • If your withdrawal is lower than the minimum withdrawal amount for that payment method, you can still make the withdrawal as long as it's your total balance.
  • Example: Minimum withdrawal for Bank Transfer is £25.
  • However, your current balance is £20.50.
  • We'll accept a withdrawal of the full amount (£20.50), but if you attempt a partial withdrawal of £20.00, a message will appear advising the minimum amount is £25.
  • Visa's Original Credit Transaction will be unavailable for Fiji and Nigeria from August 14, 2021 onwards. There will be a 2-3 day delay in receiving payouts.

What are the timescales for reversing my withdrawals?

UK customers: As a result of guidance from The Gambling Commission, we’ve stopped allowing withdrawal reversals since the 30th of June 2020.

If you're not a UK customer, you'll be able to reverse your withdrawal request while it's still showing as 'pending' (click here for more information).

Can I opt out of being allowed to reverse a withdrawal?

Yes. Please contact our Customer Service Team who will apply this restriction to the account.
