How to Make a Withdrawal?

The Journey
STEP 1: Click "My Account" then look for "Withdraw".
STEP 2: Enter your desired withdrawal amount, then click "Continue." A pop-up window should appear where you can choose your withdrawal method.
- NOTE: Withdrawal amount should be within your remaining account balance.
STEP 3: Once done, a message will appear along with the transaction number and the estimated time of arrival for your withdrawal.
STEP 1: Click "My Account" then look for "Withdraw".
STEP 2: Enter your desired withdrawal amount, then click "Continue." A pop-up window should appear where you can choose your withdrawal method.
- NOTE: Withdrawal amount should be within your remaining account balance
STEP 3: If you wish to change your withdrawal amount, you can do so by clicking on "Change Amount"
STEP 4: Once done, a message will appear along with the transaction number and the estimated time of arrival for your withdrawal.
IMPORTANT: If you don't have a payment method set up yet, you'll need to deposit first before being able to withdraw using that payment method.
