What withdrawal options can I use?
- If your balance is lower than the minimum withdrawal amount for that payment method, you must withdraw the remaining amount.
- Example: the minimum withdrawal for bank transfer is £25 but your current balance is £20.50., you must withdraw it all.
- If you attempt a partial withdrawal of £20.00, it will be invalid.
- Sometimes Mastercard doesn't allow withdrawals back to your card. We may ask for your bank details so we can get the funds back to you.
- Since July 2022, customers can now use Revolut to withdraw funds from their account.
