Do you charge a fee for my account?
If you're an active account holder, you'll face no fees or charges.
However, if your account remains unused for 13 consecutive months and has a positive balance, a monthly administration fee will apply for the maintenance of the William Hill account.
Before we start taking this fee from your account balance, we'll notify and assist you in case you want to make use of your account again.
This monthly fee will be deducted on the 28th day of the month your account becomes inactive, and on the same date each month thereafter (whilst it remains inactive).

Q: I forgot my log in details, how can I reactivate my account?
A: Don't worry, you can still recover your log in details! Check our step-by-step guide here.
Q: How do I update my payment method?
A: If you no longer have an active payment method on your account or we no longer support you last payment method, you'll need to update or add an additional payment method to your account to allow you to withdraw your funds.
Detailed instructions on how to add a new payment method can be found here.
Alternatively, click here to add your new card details and then proceed to request your withdrawal.
Q: I want to withdraw my balance to avoid this fee but have less than the minimum withdrawal limit?
A: In some cases, there's a minimum amount required to process a withdrawal.
If your balance is below the minimum withdrawal limit, you can still request a withdrawal but only for the full balance in your account.
